Creating new pathways for skilled, employable students
Tuesday 7 September | 11.00-12.00 (BST)

Personalised learning journeys are enabling an exciting range of new possibilities for both students and universities. However, the challenge of creating employable graduates persists, as well as upskilling and reskilling those already in the workforce.

This webinar will bring together a panel of teaching and learning experts to discuss key strategic challenges for higher education leaders, such as:

• Identifying what skills are needed to create more employable students
• Creating personalised learning programmes to support these goals
• How staff can be supported alongside students for their continued development
• The role of learning communities in teaching and learning skills
• Increasing links with industry and international partners to diversify and scale teaching and learning

• Samar Farah, skills transformation consultant, Coursera
• Dike Onianwa, director of partnerships DACH, Coursera
• Anne Boddington, professor emeritus, Kingston University
• Eleanor Shaw, associate principal, education and entrepreneurship, University of Strathclyde
